We support and assist non-profit sponsors and partners by providing full service, turn-key Design / Build / Finance resources through our provider network. We take a project from concept to completion with bonded guarantees for capped pricing, as well as performance and completion.

Ground up new construction middle school and Pre-K, developed as a ground lease / lease-back for a public school district. Fully lighted athletic fields, a multi-purpose gym and Pre-K facilities.
Companion project to Sossaman Middle School. On 26 acres, it also featured our Design / Build / Finance structure, with a multi-purpose gym, lighted athletic fields and university class labs.
Obtained residential overlay approval for a 58 acre master planned project, in an area of high demand for housing. Survey and site mapping completed, with map and zoning approval.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Founded in 2005, William has led Redbridge Development Partners to becoming an innovative leader in bringing public private partnerships to underserved communities. A graduate of the Key Executive MBA program at the Graziadio Graduate School of Business, Pepperdine University, his skills run from fieldwork to top management.
Chief Operating Officer
Jim brings proven achievement managing operations and supply chains in global electronics and aerospace firms, coupled with entrepreneurial success in commercial and residential real estate acquisition, construction and leasing. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a certification in purchasing and inventory management, and a real estate license.
Director of Business Development
Glenn’s background includes capital markets, marketing and sales, as well as planning and growth strategies. He has worked with Redbridge in different capacities for over two decades, and focuses on the development and expansion of opportunities nationally.
Director, Acquisitions & Development
Real estate investment professional focused on acquisitions, development, and value-add. Builds partnerships with nonprofits, family offices, and private equity firms to source sites and structure transactions. Has delivered ground-up residential across Southern California, and now works in multifamily and P3 developments financed with C-PACE and tax-exempt bonds.

Jessie Hunter is a licensed real estate broker in California and Georgia with 16 years of experience in leasing, tenant screening, property management, and housing operations. As Redbridge’s in-house real estate broker, he sources and coordinates offers on new projects and leads legal and compliance coordination for property acquisitions. A former Marine Corps Captain who rose from the enlisted ranks over 11 years of service, including with HMX-1, the Presidential Helicopter Squadron, Jessie holds a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (Presidential and Key Executive program).

With over two decades of professional experience, Matt Smith has built a career leveraging operational excellence and strategic innovation. Transitioning from a distinguished background in manufacturing leadership—including roles as Director of Operations and Quality Systems Manager—Matt applies expertise in process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to the real estate investment space. Since 2020, Matt has specialized in creative financing strategies and capital raising, drawing on a proven ability to manage complex projects, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable results.
