Higley, AZ

Ground up new construction middle school and Pre-K developed as a ground lease/lease-back for a public school district.  Completed as a Design/Build/Finance project, it was fully funded with tax-exempt bond financing via a private structure with a non-profit sponsor.  State of the art facilities featured fully lighted athletic fields, multi-purpose gym and Pre-K school.

Higley, AZ

Companion project to Sossaman Middle School, on 26 acres it also featured our unique Design/Build/Finance structure with multi-purpose gym, lighted athletic fields and university class labs.  

Globe, AZ

Obtained residential overlay approval for 58 acre master planned project in an are of high demand for housing.  Completed survey and site map, obtained map and zoning approval.  Project pending.
