Founded in 1985, William has led Redbridge Development Partners to become one of the leaders in developing Public Private Partnerships in underserved communities. A graduate of Pepperdine University's Graziadio Graduate School of Business, Key Executive MBA program, William has built a unique skill set. This allows him to identify, envision and accomplish the development of these meaningful projects in deserving communities. No slowing down in sight, William is still taking Redbridge Development Partners to new heights.

Jim Thornton

Chief Operating Officer

Jim brings proven achievement managing operations and supply chains in global electronics and aerospace firms, coupled with entrepreneurial success in commercial and residential real estate acquisition, construction and leasing. 

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Certification in Purchasing and Inventory Management by the precursor to the Association for Supply Chain Management, and a real estate license

Director of Business Development

Glenn's history of successful business development nationally includes capital markets, marketing, and sales, as well as planning and growth strategies. His dynamic approach to growth and development is relational and data-based. He has worked with Redbridge in different capacities for over 2 decades, and his current position is focused on the development and expansion of opportunities nationally.

Roger White

Roger White

Director of Project Management

Roger's success in managing and developing commercial and residential projects extends across the Western U.S. Working with some of the largest developers of multifamily, commercial, and master-planned communities, he has been able to accomplish the expansion of cities, including new infrastructure, roadways, lots and subdivisions. He has worked with all of the Federal, State, County, and local agencies in completing these projects.

Craig Squire

Craig Squire

Chief Financial Officer

Craig has led accounting departments for over 30 years, including UCLA's department, with a $6B budget. He also has a background in banking and finance. His acumen and business perspective are valuable in their adaptability in changing markets. He also has extended experience working with non-profit and church accounting departments.
