Sossaman Middle School
Higley, AZ
Ground up new construction middle school and Pre-K developed as a ground lease/lease-back for a public school district. Completed as a Design/Build/Finance project, it was fully funded with tax-exempt bond financing via a private structure with a non-profit sponsor. State-of-the-art facilities featured fully lighted athletic fields, multipurpose gym and Pre-K school.
Cooley Middle School
Higley, AZ
A companion project to Sossaman Middle School, on 26 acres, it also featured our unique Design/Build/Finance structure with multipurpose gym, lighted athletic fields and university class labs.
Twelve Bridges
Lincoln, CA
Roger White headed up this project which included full new infrastructure, roadways, utilities, subdivisions, country club golf course and amenities. It doubled the size of Lincoln, CA.
Copper Creek
Globe, AZ
Obtained residential overlay approval for 58 acre master planned project in and are of high demand for housing. Completed survey and site map, obtained map and zoning approval. Project pending.
